Sarah is an incredible Doula. The birth could not have gone any better. She arrived very quickly and her calming presence put me immediately at ease and the labour progressed smoothly and swiftly. She intuitively knew what I needed whether it be a boost on the TENS machine, a hip squeeze, breathing reminders, a sip of water, to hop in the bath, a change of position or a whole bunch of you got this. She supported my husband to be the very best birth partner he could be, they made an amazing team. Oh as well as all this she also managed to document the birth with photos and videos!

“Sarah was an incredible support to my husband and I as a doula for our first pregnancy/birth. She went out of her way to provide us with personalized documents and information to support both myself and my husband. The nurses even commented on how great the birth plan document was! She was available for all of our questions and advocated for us during labour for the birth that we wanted. It was a huge relief knowing she was there to support my husband during the process as well. I was comforted by her confidence and knowledge throughout both pregnancy and the birth of our baby. I would highly recommend Sarah as a doula!”

“Sarah was an incredible birth doula, and has continued to provide amazing support in her work as an RMT. In her doula role, Sarah was compassionate, professional and played a critical support role during the labour (her back/hip squeezes saved the day!). My partner and I were grateful to have her presence in the room during such a pivotal moment of our lives. Would 100% recommend!”

I cannot express how grateful I am to have had Sarah by my side during my first birth. From the very first meeting, she was warm, knowledgable, and supportive, putting me at ease during a time that was both exciting and terrifying. She was there for us every step of the way, offering invaluable guidance, answering our endless questions, and providing emotional and physical support during labour. Her calming presence and encouragement made a world of a difference, helping me feel empowered and confident throughout the entire process. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a Doula who is grounded, who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond, look no further.
