Hi I’m Sarah (she/her), I am a registered massage therapist, birth doula, and the proud owner of Alpine Prenatal. I have a passion for all things birth and I love supporting people during pregnancy, birth and postpartum. My goal is to help you have a positive birth experience and make your transition to parenthood be as smooth as possible!
